Based on Therapy, Recovery and Well-being, The Recovery Well is a small independent business established in 2019 by Sandra Daruwala MFHT. But we have big plans that will set us firmly at the heart of our community doing what we love with like-minded individuals.

Additional Treatments

Complementary therapies for people with life limiting illness

We intend to specialise in bringing complementary therapy treatments to patients who have life-limiting illnesses. Details of the treatments available will be published here as soon as they are available.

Crystal Healing Treatments

Crystal Healing is a complementary therapy which places crystals on your body in order to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing, interacting with your body’s energy field, helping to alleviate stress, and improve concentration or creativity. Feel free to get in touch to find out more.

A Hub of Excellence

As a long-term goal, we intend to establish a complete network of therapists, bringing you easy access to a range of highly trained specialists in one place.

Social Enterprise

We plan on creating a social enterprise in addition to The Recovery Well which will be a branch of the business able to access funding to assist the wellbeing of the community even more, especially for those who wouldn’t normally access these types of services but could find real benefit.

More learning is in the pipeline and several courses to work through once the dust from the new premises settles.

The Wellbeing Hub

A centre (hub) for various accredited holistic and complementary therapists to work from and offer the people of Thanet, Sandwich and Canterbury other therapies not already available. Therapists can hire rooms by the day and half day. Please enquire by phone or email.

The Wellbeing Shop

Retail of well-being products such as oil burners, soy wax, salt lamps, essential oils and other eco-friendly wellbeing products for personal use and for the home. There is also a refill station for Faith in Nature products where you can come along with your own recycled bottle and top up as and when required.

A soundproofed equipped space for anyone interested in producing podcasts, courses for online or just for online meetings. The space is available to rent by the hour.
