Swedish massage relaxes the entire body with special techniques that use long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Treatments include cellulite reduction and specialist pregnancy massage as well as traditional full body and back and shoulder massages.

Cellulite Reduction Massage
A body scrub to the back of the legs and buttocks to improve surface texture and then Swedish massage of the legs and buttocks that uses techniques and essential oils to assist the dispersal of cellulite.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
The back massage will include effleurage, petrissage and deeper massage to the upper and lower back areas, to the shoulders and neck.

Full Body Massage (Arms, Legs, Decolletage and Back)
Swedish therapeutic massage. Modesty kept at all times. Legs, arms, decolletage and back are the areas worked on. Generally grapeseed oil is used which is amazing but can use other base oils on request.

Back Massage
Swedish therapeutic massage to relax the built-up tension in your back. Generally, grapeseed oil is used which is amazing but can use other base oils on request.

Stress Buster Massage
A quicker but still relaxing massage treatment involving Swedish massage focusing on the back and shoulders or legs.

Swedish Massage
Feeling super tense? Sometimes a full body massage for 1 hour isn't quite enough to address specific areas where more tension has built up such as backs or legs so by request, I have set up this option to allow more time for focus on problem areas.... Or you could just choose this 90-minute treatment because you simply want to relax for longer!
1 hour 30 minutes: £60
Pregnancy Massage
Specialised massage for ladies post 14 weeks of pregnancy with low risk. If high-risk consent from a consultant would be required before a treatment could be offered. Accredited pregnancy massage qualification and fully insured.
1 hour: £45
Exquisite Back Treatment
A smooth, deeply cleansed back is obtained using Dead Sea Salt and coffee scrub with hot mitts followed by an aromatherapy oil blend to soothe the skin and relax with Swedish Massage techniques.
1 hour: £55
Seated Back & Neck Massage
A thorough, relaxing, yet stimulating back and neck massage from the comfort of a specialist massage chair that supports your body weight and promotes deep relaxation. Ideal for clients that find it uncomfortable to lie down on the therapy couch. This massage can also be done fully clothed.
Please note: the treatment will be an additional 10 minutes to go through the initial consultation.
